老實說,做Tart 是我其中一個有點懶的點心項目。我喜歡吃tart, cheese tart, quiche, chocolate tart 等我都很喜歡。但一想到要放入盤的那些步驟(打成糰也不是一個問題。)我就真的懶起來…
所以我做了一個dough. 雪後就一直躺在雪櫃,懶得拿出來把剩下的步驟都完成。
這個是孟孟夫人的tart 底配方,我改了一點點,是按自己需要來改的。
唯一問題是,看著做出來的dough, 我在想,我真的可以做到如孟孟夫人說的那麼多個tart mould 嗎?看來不像啊…
Anyway, 我還沒有開始做,dough 仍然在雪櫃,我先把配方打出來,當個記錄,做好後就再補吧!
Cake flour 75g
Wheat flour 75g
Sugar 20g
Butter 75g
Egg 60g (the best is 40g, but I made mistake with adding 20g extra therefore I need one extra T of wheat flour)
Place flour and sugar into a big bowl. Add in cold butter and chopped by knife. Then you can use hand to rub it together. Add in egg to form dough.
Freeze it at least 30 minutes.
