Pana chiffon again 07112010

 Mum loves my pana chiffon very much (last time). Therefore I have use A MOON’s receipt again.

 With same portion

 But modify abit.

Egg yolk 2

Pana sugar 20g

Oil 35g

Water 50g + 5g

Cake flour 70g

Bp 1/2t

Egg white (1L + 2S) 3 = 120g

Pana sugar 120g

 

Didn't taste yet.

But dough, which I am preferred the previous one..
