copy from大少奶  (食譜改編自:何家私房菜)

是因為無聊做的! 改了少部份!

 

22pcs

 

Bread flour 75g (original: bread flour 0g)

Cake flour 75g (Original: cake flour 150g)

Bp 1/2t (original: Soda 1/2t)

雞蛋     1
黃糖     70g

Margarine 75g

合桃     適量

 

I have prepared the dough in my own way:

Mixing the margarine and sugar

Add in egg

Add in flour and bp

Divided into pcs and press

Add walnuts on top

Coated with extra eye (prefer eye yolk)

180C 15mins

 

有以下部份認為要改善一下的~

  1. 塗面的用蛋黃就好
  2. 要焗久一點,現在不鬆的啦…

for me..一般般啦~ 都唔錯既 ^^
