實在太熱,所以還要找點可以找點要雪的…哈哈

Bread flour 75g
Cake flour 75g
Bp 8g
Butter 35g
Soya milk 60g (original: cream / milk 60g)
Egg 1 = 50g (original: 40g)
Sugar 15g
Chocolate chips 25g (original: dried cranberries 20g)
Flour + bp 先冰過
加凍butter 抓成沙狀
egg + soya milk + sugar mix
差不多拌至不見粉就可加chopped chocolate
輕輕壓扁,冷藏 1 hr
取出 cup 形 / 跟我一樣,用刀切~
extra 蛋液塗上
180C 15 – 18mins
因為要焗麵包所以應該要加上火的 =_=
還是一點,應該用蛋黃塗啦~
