Blueberry crumbles cake for my best friend birthday 27042010

 

28/04 是我的好朋友生日大日子!

這天我們相約好一起celebrate(哈哈我會跟父母celebrate啦,因為他們生我出來的。當然,會跟好朋友一起就好了!)

我就想到底到哪裡吃才好。

心一想不如到Fat Angelo’s吧!近來有promotion, 拿著voucher 可以點main course / pasta 就可以加$1 pizza!好便宜喔!

 

喔,說遠了…因為價錢很吸收,所以我寫呀寫的…哈哈!

 

每一年,我都會做一個蛋糕給朋友慶祝的。我最喜歡做的就是banana chocolate cake了。因為我們多半外出celebrate, 要放雪櫃的蛋糕就不適合了。而且,既然做過,這次改做別的。看到Cecilia 的配方。有點心動。好吧!就這個!

 

當然囉…要用到的材料我也有…這也算是理由之一嗎?哈哈!

 

做了一個4” 和一個6”的。 細那個是用來試試的!哈哈!

媽媽切開了,我看到,好像不夠軟的樣子…不知道是不是因為我打得有點久啦…

我這次是用了Kenwood去打的啊!因為W數不夠,所以我打了滿久的!唉!

 

不過樣了還ok啦!而且我用了在supermarket 遇然買到的UK blueberry jam. UK farm 做的啊!不便宜,不過味道多半會好些!(不過還是一樣甜!)不過很多果肉的!這樣用一用,就用了1/2 瓶了…

 

這次改動的不多,只是用了一部份的蕎麥粉。而且減了40ml milk (我還用了淡奶呢)改加honey cream 和一點點水…哈哈。

 

I have used Kenwood mixer (gift from my parent). I didn’t use it much but I do love it! It performs so well this time!

 

1 x 6” + 1 x 4”

 

Cake base

Butter 50g

Sugar 30g

Egg 1

Milk 60ml

Coated cream (French sour crème) 2T

Honey 1T

Water 1t

Cake flour 225g

Wheat flour 25g

Bp 2t

 

Crumble

Butter 50g

Sugar 50g

Cake flour 35g

Wheat flour 15g

Lemon extract 1/4 lid

 

Mix butter with sugar till firm

Add into egg, mix well

Add in milk (I found that the fluid can’t mix together)

Add in flour mix

While mixing, add into honey, water

(I didn’t shift flour before adding in)

Pour into mould

Cover with blueberry jam (leave the edge)

Mix crumble ingredient. Don’t over mix. (Mine becomes big pieces)

If it becomes large crumble, divide into small pieces and put on top of the jam

180C 45mins

 

During baking, it smells so good!
